PRIVATE LESSONS

Philosophy of Teaching Guitar -- My fundamental 
belief is that there is great music to be played at any  level
of ability.  Music is not something "out there," it is immediately
available, and the guitar is a wonderful vehicle to realize this.  
	


My students consist of absolute beginners, ranging in age from 
six to sixty, novices who want to increase their repertoire and 
sharpen their technique, professional jazz guitarists who want 
to learn some classical repertoire and refine their right-hand 
finger-style playing, and serious classical players who want
to improve their confidence on the concert stage.
